the Table Layout listing.

Display all the individuals of the family tree.

You can select which column to be visible in the listing. To show or hide a column, click on the "Column Properties" toolbar button and put a checkmark to each column you want to be visible.

Display the unique permanent ID of the individual. This ID is used by the Report Generator to assign a file name to each HTML report (example: ind00009.htm). The ID is also used when exporting to a text file or a Gedcom file.
Display "Y" if the individual is an alias. An alias is a clone of an individual and behaves like a label. Aliases are not reported anywhere in a report or exported to disk.
Display "M" for males, "F" for females, "P" for pets and "?" for unknown gender. Tip: click on the Gender column to group all the males, females and pets together.
Name of the individual as displayed in the genealogy tree. To change the display name, double-click on the individual and modify its display attributes.
Full name of the individual. This is the concatenation of the first name, middle name and last name.
Display "Y" if the child was adopted by a parent. Tip: click on the Adopted column to find all adopted individuals.
Display the child rank in the family. The oldest child has the value of 1 and so on.
Similar to date of birth but without the year. This column may be useful to build a birthday calendar. You can click on this column to sort by birthday and determine who's birthday is next.
Current age of the individual if alive, otherwise age of death. You can sort from youngest to oldest by clicking on the Age column. To find who is the oldest alive or the oldest ancestor, click on the "Is Dead?" column after clicking on the Age column. You will get two groups (alive and dead) sorted by age.
Display "Y" if the individual is dead. Use the Age column to determine if you forgot to mark some individual as dead (example: an individual 235 years old).
Number of pictures associated with the individual. Click on this column to find out all individuals without pictures or the individual having pictures.
Name of all the spouses of the individual. If the individual got married multiple times, then the number of spouses is displayed in squared brackets []. Tip: click on this column to determine which individual got married the most often.
If you click on a spouse, GenoPro will automatically display the marriage common to both the individual and the spouse (see Table Layout - Families). To navigate to the spouse rather than the family, hold the Shift key while clicking on the spouse.
Father's name of the individual. If the individual was adopted, then there should be two fathers: the biological father and the adoptive father.
Age of the biological father when the individual (child) was born. There should be only one biological father, all other fathers must be adoptive. If you see more than one biological father, then you have an error in your family tree.
Tip: If you are enthusiast about statistics, you may click on this column to find the youngest father.
Mother's name of the individual. The Father and Mother columns may be handy to find mistakes. For instance, an individual having two mothers and no father indicates one parent has the wrong gender. If the individual was adopted by a lesbian couple, then that individual would have three mothers (1 biological mother, 2 adoptive mothers) and one father.
Age of the biological mother when the individual (child) was born. There should be only one biological mother, all other mothers must be adoptive. This column is useful to dig out inconsistent data: for instance, a 9 years old mother having a child may be a typo in the age of birth of the child or the mother.
Display both father(s) and mother(s) in the same column. The number of parents should always be an even number (2, 4, 6), otherwise there is a missing parent.
Displays siblings having the same mother and father as the individual, including adopted siblings.
Displays all siblings of the individual - any siblings having a common parent to the individual, including half siblings and adopted siblings.
List all children of the individual. If the individual had many spouses, then all its children will be listed there. The total number of children is written in squared brackets []. Tip: click on the Children column to find the individual having the most children.
Current age of each child or age of child's death.
Age of the individual (parent) at the birth of each child.
Email address of the individual. To have an email address displayed in this column, you must enter mailto: at the beginning of the email address in the Hyperlink field.
Display all the families of the family tree.

Display the unique permanent ID of the family. This ID is used by the Report Generator to assign a file name to each HTML report (example: fam00003.htm). The ID is also used when exporting to a text file or a Gedcom file.
Label displayed above the horizontal line in the genogram.
Relationship between the two individuals.
Date when the two individuals got married. GenoPro uses this date to generate reports and determine the the sort order of the spouses (first spouse, second spouse, etc).
Husband or father of the family. There should be only one father, or two for a gay couple.
Husband's age at his wedding.
Wife or mother of the family. There should be only one mother, or two for a lesbian couple. If the sum of Husband and Wife is three or more, then there is a mistake in your family tree. An individual married multiple times has a "family" with each mate, not multiple mate per family.
Wife's age at her wedding. Use this column to find the youngest bride.
All the children common to both the father and mother. This column includes adopted children by the couple and exclude all half siblings. Half siblings appear in other rows since there is a different father and/or mother. Click on this column to find out which couple produced the most children.
The family is complete and there are no more children to be added. This checkbox is very useful to designate a unique child or couple without children.
Display detailed information about all the pictures of the family tree.

Name or caption of the picture.
Picture shot date.
Individual or family which the picture belongs to.
Where the picture is located relative to the document.
Where the picture is located on disk or on the web. If you have missing pictures, it is a good idea to use this column to group all the paths together. You may find one picture has the wrong path, and therefore cannot be displayed.
| To view the image of each picture, use the Picture List dialog. The Table Layout will display the image of each picture in the next release. |
